1. Why this notice exists
State consumer-health privacy laws (such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370) treat health-related data collected by a website as its own category with its own notice, separate from the general privacy policy. Legal matters — injury, disability, employment, insurance — can put health information in an inquiry, so the firm states its handling plainly.
2. What this site can receive
The only health-related data this website can receive is what you choose to type into the contact form. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and makes no third-party requests — nothing about your visit here is observed, inferred, or shared, because nothing is captured.
3. How an inquiry is handled
Form submissions go to the firm and no one else, are read under the firm's confidentiality obligations to prospective clients, and are used only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. They are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for profiling. Submissions are delivered to the firm's own mail system and retained only while the inquiry is open.
4. Your rights
Where state law applies, you may ask what health-related data the firm holds from your use of this website, ask for its deletion, and withdraw any consent you gave. Contact inquiries@halemarrow.example; expect acknowledgment within two business days and an answer within thirty.
